I was struggling with an Amazon billing issue related to the Christmas presents due to arrive on 12/24/25. I was hung up on three times by supervisors! I went to my local branch in University place and spoke with Sergio Lopez the mgr, he spent hours on the phone with me going through the issues with more than one manager, he was polite but steady and controlled the situation they where trying to control and convolute. He did not allow them to dismiss my complaint. He had other staff working in conjunction to resolve my issue successfully! I am amazed and recommended this branch wholeheartedly Richard L Monte 12/23/2025

I’ve had an account here for over two years, but I’ve recently realized that if you don’t fit their "traditional" mold of a client, they don't want your business. I am self-employed and use a second-chance account. For 18 months, everything was fine. However, over the last 6 months, the bank began harassing me with phone calls every time I received a small payment (even as low as $100) via Zelle or CashApp. They didn't just ask about fraud; they demanded to know exactly what I do for work, who my clients are, and why I was being paid. It felt incredibly inappropriate and classist—as if being self-employed or working "odd jobs" makes your income inherently suspicious. The final straw: I logged in to check a direct deposit only to find my account had been closed without any notice. When I called, they claimed they sent a letter (which I never received) demanding "employment records." I understand updating an ID, but demanding to vet my specific line of work just to keep a basic account open is absurd. If you aren't a high-middle-class professional with a standard 9-to-5, stay away. This bank does not value or respect the "everyday" worker. They will lock you out of your own money without a second thought

Romana San Nicolas has been such a pleasure to work with. I’ve enjoyed our discussion as members of this community and has referred me to some other school districts in the area.
