  I do not bank with KeyBank and i was reminded why. Used their ATM this am. Didnt even have the opportunity to enter my pin. The machine took my card, kept it and never returned it. When i asked to get it back. "we dont return atm cards unless its a keybank card." So...now I get cancel the card and request a new one from my bank. Dont worry about all the accounts I have on autopay...FEEbank will never have my business accounts, personal or home accounts. In fact...ill go out of my way to remind everyone in town how great they are. cheers!

  I have had the WORST banking experience with Key Bank over the past 1-2 years. I signed up for a Home Equity Line of Credit with Emily as she GAURENTEED me that the interest was 3.5% for the draw period of the loan (15 years) and then variable during repayment (another 15 years). I verified this information with her several times and she pointed out in the paperwork the 3.5% listed and noted the box that was checked that it wasn't " a promotional rate" so we signed the paperwork for our HELOC. After drawing out money for a remodel I started getting charged a VARIABLE (at 8.5%) interest rate instead of the 3.5% that I was told I would be paying. When I brought in the loan paperwork to ask about this and figure out what was going on nobody at the bank could understand the loan paperwork or what exactly was happening. Even the bank manager couldn't figure it out as the paperwork didn't make sense - it showed 3.5% in one area and then variable in another area. I was referred to Enterprise Customer Relations to Jenny who spent 4 months "investigating" this issue. In reality she just dodged my calls and when she did answer the phone she proved that she had no idea what the issue was. At the conclusion of the "investigation" Jenny notified me that the bank made no mistakes and that the paperwork that I signed was for a variable rate and they did absolutely NOTHING to make things right. I would absolutely NEVER recommend Key Bank to anyone. They have shady practices with Bait and Switch on their loans and are completely dishonest.

  Key Bank charges too much for ATM fees, averaging $20 - $30 per month. Also, when I open my account, I ended up with two accounts. I was told that one was for checking and the other was for savings. Just another scam to make her sales numbers look good. I would have given this branch a 5 star because the tellers were always very nice, but because of the deceitful employee who signed me up, I gave it a 2 star instead.
