- KMKay MAug 10, 20251.0Don't offer in person meetings with the mortgage officer if your not going to actually be in the branch. Getting an email 3 minutes before the appointment (when we are already in the branch waiting) saying you want to do a phone call a couple hours later because your current meeting is going to take longer is ridiculous. Courtesy should be telling your current appt that you have another appt to get to. The teller/manager even tried looking for her and she wasn't there!
