We will SOON be closing our regular savings account and money market account and moving our deposits elsewhere. They are more than eager to take your money but when you want/need something beyond depositing money into an account, good luck. Service requests are often responded with (a) we can’t/don’t provide that or (b) the service representative being put for having to do something over and beyond taking your money.
