- HMHeidi MJul 25, 20181.0Don’t let this guy fool you. My mom called him and told him she needed a certain dollar amount released and why and he told her he’d take care of it. He knew she was at a facility for physical therapy. When I got home he’d called the house 8 times. I called to find out why and he claimed he couldn’t do anything without proof because she’s an elderly client. I provided all the proof and he still didn’t do as she asked all while claiming he was doing it.Then her health had a fast decline and she’s on end of life care. My mom is dying and she keeps asking if the money was transferred and getting upset. This is how my final moments with mom are because he lies. Turned out he immediately sold off stocks and there's thousands of dollars unaccounted for. Now all the sudden after numerous phone calls to me he can’t talk to me because I’m not on the account. All good until I start questioning him on where the money is. Kyle D Smith is despicable. Got a call from corporate. Had to repeatedly tell the guy my mom is dying because he kept saying have her call us when she feels better. Now they’ve sent my dying mom a letter saying she’s not welcome at any of their locations and to move or liquidate her account in 30 days. Once again they talk to me when it suits them because when I called about the letter they wouldn’t answer a general question because I’m not on the account.
