- CMClyde MJan 5, 20261.0I came here Saturday. Put in a money order which I ended up not using and the teller had no issues at all. I came back today Monday January 5th to deposit another money order and the people working today told me that I was not able to do that and the teller on Saturday shouldn't have done it and that they only accept money orders that they make for customers. After giving them back the money order which was from them I was told I would have partial funds available today which was not true and the teller denied she ever told me this. I'm now stuck with no gas in their parking lot and there is nothing they can do for me.

From getting scams, having my card stolen, to even being robbed at gunpoint at the White Center walk-up. I'll always be with them. I'm with the Burien branch now and have been for 30 years. Great customer service in bank and on line. Thanks for all the times that I got my money back in my account from Key. Lifetime customer
