- JMJames MartinAug 6, 20241.0I've been with Wells Fargo for 25 years. I have a location on Pearl street Tacoma which is a mile from my home. It always looks like it's going out of business. Maybe one sorry looking teenager at a teller post unable to do anything for me nor the usual person with an expired drivers license trying to cash a check made out to someone else. This time was no different. After a half an hour two women came out of the break room with 25 minutes left on the clock. While I waited, 2 very well off looking gentlemen waited behind me and then left saying the 6th avenue branch is so much better. Aubrey finally helped me but had an attitude as I suggested maybe 2/3 of the staff should consider avoiding taking a break together 20 minutes before closing. I walked out of US Bank for same basic issue. 2 women sitting at their desk with zero customers in the bank telling me to make an appointment. No one wants my CD business. Sad times. Hello Sound Credit Union.

- SWStacey WeberMay 10, 20211.0It would be NO stars but it wont allow me!! The N Pearl St -Tacoma location has gone way down hill since COVID! I will start going to a different location. First they were the only bank to close for so long during covid! Secondly, their new hires are so slow that it makes it so hard to go there. A simple deposit can take 10 minutes. They have been there a few months now so they should know their job! Also ya never know when the drive through will be open! One day it is then the next day its closed! Bad business and bad customer service! It use to have great people! Help them please!!
