- JMJohn McRaeJan 2, 20261.0Always the same story here. This branch has 7 teller stalls but they only employ ONE teller and there is always a line. Takes 20-30 mins to do some simple banking. Hey Wells Fargo, maybe instead of milking every last penny of profitability so your ceo can make 31.2 million dollars a year you could employ a whopping TWO tellers, thanks. I’ve been a customer for 25 years and it just gets worse and worse, I think about closing out my accounts every time I come here.

Other branch at Tacoma Mall is good but this branch laughs in your face when you try to explain a service (third party deposit) that they did like a month ago and at the Tacoma Mall branch, a week ago. They would NOT help us in any way. We were the only ones there and all the tellers were just laughing at how horrible we were treated as they kept basically saying "sorry, can't help you. please go away" . Never coming inside this branch again. Ive been a member for a while and this branch is a nightmare. It's a headache because I called the Tacoma Mall branch after that and they said it's "under the Manager's decision" if they want to do it or not. So they didn't want to do it. Period. No customer service. Oh and on that note, when we walked in, we were the only customers walking in and we were not greeted in any way or told which of the two staring tellers wanted to help us. They just stared as we were like "uh, we'll just go to this one" but I guess it didn't matter since they both gave zero customer service anyway!
