    A union bank, which caters to people who get off later In the day, thankfully everyone that see’s it’s open today until 5 will drive here to see a piece of paper with the actual hours

    This bank will give your money to a government agency without a court order. They did it to me and if I had access to an attorney I would sue them to stop this practice. There is no scenario where government can take money or of your account without a court order. I tried to explain this directly to the vice president (I didn't know at the time she was that). I was told sorry, when the government sends an order we comply. She couldn't tell me what law allows the government to take money without a court order. She said we just comply with the law and the agency order without a judges signature was law. Unfortunately I will be pursuing the removal of my entire unions business with them over this as I cannot currently opt out of using this bank. If you respect the constitution I would recommend never banking with qualstar. They are misinformed and are willing to give your money to the government without a judges signature.

    The place has a small town feel, even while it's in a bigger city. The tellers are friendly, it seems like they enjoy working with people. The folks answering the phones are just as helpful, able to help with a loan or an account setup with ease. While I still miss my old credit union that was absorbed by Qualstar, these folks have got it together, making the change nearly transparent.

    I came into the branch not knowing what to expect and I had the pleasure working with Falana and she made this process easier than I ever expected and saved me a lot of money! I already loved banking with them and now I am even happier to have my truck financed with them as well!
