  30 days late on a credit card payment and they will freeze your checking and saving accounts and not let you spend or pull out your money

  I've been a member since 2009. I haven't begun to have issues until this year. The customer service at the branches has certainly gone downhill. Don't bring any big deposits in, as you risk not being able to process them due to them failing to keep someone on shift at all times that can review and approve. Even if the amount is less than what's in your account, and you have evidence that a cashier's check was just received at another financial institution. You can change your name all you want, but bad customer service will follow you regardless unless you fix it.

  Used their ATM and paid a $3.00 fee. Went in to get change for $20. Was told I needed an account. Why do I need account? I just used your atm. Never coming back to this location again. Never recommending it either.

  These days, people blame everything on something else....other than the real issue. The Credit Union causes delays on the local traffic because they can't support the car volume due to their lobby being closed. You could safely open your lobby and assist guests in a responsible manner to avoid this. I just saw an employee walk into the back door without a mask on, around lunch time....inconvenience to your members and you can't even follow CDC guidelines by wearing your mask. So frustrating.
