  Zero credibility as far as I’m concerned. I wish I could leave zero stars. I have been less than pleased with the customer service from Peak. I was placed as the representative for my mother’s estate after she passed away and despite sending them the death certificate and the court documents stating I was the appointed as such, it has taken more than 12 days just to get the documentation needed so I can pay my mothers debts. Incidentally, I still haven’t received them. I was told on the 7th of December to fax and email the death certificate and court documents, which I did. I called back on the 17th to get an update as I had received nothing, but a fax confirmation. Then I was told that someone would reach out that day, or the next. They had notes that someone emailed me on the 11th, no email received. I called back on the 19th (today a Friday). I was told that the representative tried to contact me and left a voicemail. I had received no call or voicemail. I check to make sure that the call wasn’t blocked. I didn’t have spam blocking set up, still don’t, actually I didn’t know I could. (So there’s my silver lining). The customer service people I spoke with were polite and respectful and empathetic. But they weren’t empowered to do anything. The people that could do something wouldn’t talk to me. I appreciate good security and making sure that funds don’t go where they shouldn’t, but this level of incompetence is unacceptable. I am now trying to figure out how to pay my mother’s final debts, with the end of the month rapidly approaching. It’s frustrating, I had considered having the name switched over and continuing to bank with them, but that ship has sailed. I recommend no one bank with a company if they are unwilling to relinquish your money and then lie when they say they tried to contact you.

  Customer service was terrible here. The teller refused to be polite, patient, or considerate of my issue. She made the issue worse & I had to call the help number in the parking lot immediately after to fix what she did. I would not recommend anyone going here to resolve issues. They don't seem to be knowledgeable or at least willing to learn by reaching out for information, especially regarding the new merger. She only made a blanket statement saying we're all trying to get used to the merger... I would have felt different about the experience if she took the time to understand my issue & find a solution rather than canceling everything & acting put out to even help me.

  Maybe you guys should fix your service when someone wants to transfer money at 10pm or later, I’ve tired it multiple times and the online banking still doesn’t work it seems like it’s something you guys should fix.

  Terrible customer service. My husband has called twice today and told to go to a branch to verify his identity. The branch is 3 hours away. He just wants to find out the process to sell his motorcycle. He was told that the transaction would have to take place at the branch. Doubtful if he will be able to sell his motorcycle and get someone talked into driving 3 hours away to handle a transfer of title on a $5000 motorcycle.
