- DGDarren GranoNov 17, 20251.0Went in and closed my account because of fraud. The loan officer there is a piece of work. I don’t need a drunk employee telling me what to do with my money and always taking to me really close. Very uncomfortable. He’s the first person on the left as you walk through the door. This guy is creepy and I’m glad I will never have to deal with him again. Everyone else in the branch is great. It’s just this guy with his red rhummy eyes that needs to be somewhere else. I WAS a customer for 11 years, and I’m glad to be away from this person. He needs to find another job

I came in to pay my rent as I Always do every month only this time I was turned away because she said they didn’t do cash advances for the amount I needed… 1850…. Like I have the past 5 years… she told me she wouldn’t do it and whoever was doing it at that branch was wrong and they should never have been doing it for me….. told me to go use an atm to pull out the other $350 and then she could do the advance for $1500….. pretty much go do a bunch of nonsense and I will help you then…. I just went to another branch and they did it without question. This is one of many reasons I don’t personally use key bank but this teller wasted a good 45 minutes of my time. Thanks
