My review to be short & simple is the manager at this branch has terrible customer service the other lady was nice to work with but when I tried to explain my self you shouldn’t cut your customer off & try to start a loud argument for no reason then say come back later & try again I get your about to close on a Monday @11:45am but that shouldn’t change the way you talk to potential clients definitely won’t consider opening a bank account in Tacoma or in general till I see good customer service then just 1 person

Worst bank ever. The employees and manager named Natasha are extremely rude and incompetent. They hold onto your money like it's theirs. Their policies change whenever the wind blows. They tell you one thing and you ask to see paperwork on it and they have none. Things that we have been doing there for years, now can no longer be done. So we suggest if you like and need your money then take it to another bank that you can trust. Close all your accounts now and save yourself. This bank is a joke. Your money is not safe there. Employees at Mc Donald's are more competent.
