    Lori is very judgmental and did not make me feel welcomed at all. Tried to cash a paycheck from my employer and was told I couldn’t cash it, then was met with attitude when asked why. Will not be attending this one, in fact, everyone at the Federal Way one have been stellar when helping me with deposits to employer’s account or cashing my checks, and always welcomed with a smile. Not a happy place to bank, unfortunately for Banner Tacoma. Update: went to my personal bank and deposited the check into my account and was immediately available for use. Lori, you will be the sole reason I do not bring my business to Tacoma Banner.

    Would NOT recommend using this bank for mortgages. The team gave inaccurate information and ultimately lead a client down the path promising them they qualified for the loan when they did not. This was a 2 month process when it could've been handled in the beginning to not lead them on. Nathan Crouch was unresponsive throughout the entire process and was not proactive about being straight-forward with the client leading them to lose the house.

    I'm so glad to have a branch of this great bank in Tacoma. This branch exhibits the same care and personal concern for me that I've experienced in the 2 other Banner branches I've previously banked at. Banner is the type of personal bank similar to some that were bought out and are now gone, in years past. This bank and the people in this branch operate with integrity, and they have demonstrated multiple times that they care about my financial well being. I started out with a loan from Banner many years ago. When they could help me, they would, and if they couldn't, they were honest with me and counseled me. I have always felt valued and cared about. - Not just when I was a new customer, but even if they couldn't help me with something I wanted. Banner is unique among banks in these days. I've driven miles out of my way to bank with them, and it's great to have this very personable branch so close!
