The team gave inaccurate information and ultimately lead a client down the path promising them they qualified for the loan when they did not. This was a 2 month process when it could've been handled in the beginning to not lead them on. Nathan Crouch was unresponsive throughout the entire process and was not proactive about being straight-forward with the client leading them to lose the house.
