The Frontline people are typically wonderful, however their systems, IT, online banking are the dregs and I've since cancelled all except one legacy business account used minimally. Repeated outreach to IT for these issues falls on deaf ears. The name of the bank seems more like the gutteral expulsion of a bad meal. I write this on a Saturday when this bank isn't open and takes no calls and tries to placate you with a cheerfully worthless bot. They'll reach out with PR-crafted messages, like the one below, to try to save face. But they have never followed through with a solution to any request I've placed for the past eleven years. Administrative systems that are changing so rapidy, staff are not informed of the processes and consequently clients are not told what to expect. As someone who has done a lot of business through multiple entities for years with Umpqua, this branch specifically is a liability to Umpqua. When I communicated to my personal banker and to the manager my frustration, I was told to go somewhere else for my banking. Do yourself a favor and go to any other branch but this one.
