Jericho is a great teller, and the other employees are great too. why two stars then?: It's still a bank, and they still find ways to take your money that don't make sense. Imagine with me... You're broke, you're out of luck, and you close your account..... And then You start to get a check in the mail. Every single week. For $5... For many many weeks. A letter accompanying that check reads, our deepest condolences, we have been taking money that we had no authority to take out of your account. We're sorry. YMMV, this was just my experience.
