The car was surrendered, no paperwork was given to the customer. The customer was told they were responsible for getting rid of the car. After hours on the phone with the with bank,local and main bank out of town , re po companies, junk yards, code enforcement the van is still here , sitting on the street. The customer no longer owns the car but can’t sell it or give it away. Beyond frustrated and angry.
