- JHJozie HeltonJul 2, 20252.0My rating is solely for wells fargo as a whole. From personal experience the incentive on my end was a lie. I have email evidence stating I qualify for the incentive and when the time came I talked to customer service and they told me I didnt qualify so I disputed that and it got escalated to another department and they said it should be resolved by the 2nd of July and now are telling me they need to do more "research". If I have the email they have the email. This has been dragged out to the point where I feel like the incentive is a scam. Beware of wells fargos incentive. They also let others add on tips and charge extra and theres nothing you can do about it. Take pictures of your recipts everywhere you go. Wells Fargo will let others scam you.
