I've had about 7 different debit cards but they understand that these things happen and we're kind and understanding. Don't ever talk badly about my bank. These people are not corporate shills. These people are like family.

If your not willing to help or hear your customers issues out you shouldn’t be working there. If customers come in it’s cause there’s something wrong with there account. The fact that you guys didn’t even acknowledge the fact of what was really going on and saying it wasn’t a bank error when clearly it was after you guys were notified of it you guys fixed it and I had shown all the proof I had even went out of my way to show them my account wasn’t updating. Until they manually updated it. Highly recommend people not to bank with these super unprofessional and they always think there right when clearly it’s a “bank error” worst bank iv ever banked.
