    I love my bank! We've been coming to this branch since before it was at this location. The people are what really makes it great. They genuinely care about you and love to catch up with you after the weekend or keep up to date with your major life events. There's something special about the environment they foster at Umpqua and this branch in particular. I continue to go to this location for all of my personal and business banking needs even after I moved out to the valley. I Cannot recommend these folks enough!

    I've been going to this bank both my business and my personal banking for years! I make a point of going to this branch every time even if there is another one closer! We couldn't be happier with our bank!

    If this branch doesn't want to do business at 455 p.m. instead of 500 p.m. like the hours they have posted. Then they need to change the hours to reflect, or close at 430 p.m. We drive 2 hours to Umpqua because we like the local service and when we moved to north idaho we continued to use Umpqua, but if closing your tills and locking safe during business hours is normal operations then we will gladly take our money elsewhere.
