Hope patiently pulled up my account and took extra time to process mortgage manually. She gave all three of my kids an ice cream bar at the drive up window while we waited, and took extra time to make sure our experience was wonderful! Hope took me under her wing and helped me figure what I needed account-wise and was very personable. I actually had fun talking with her while getting set up! Later in the year, I was going through a pretty rough patch in life, she was optimistic, supportive and shared some of her own wisdom from her own similar experiences. You can tell she cares about the people around her. The rest of the team also has fun personalities while being professional and just want to help. It’s a great team!
