- PCPeter ConnerOct 29, 20255.0Unlike the big money center and regional banks, the staff at the Southeast branch responded quickly to my request for additional information to help reconcile my credit card statement from a prior month. In addition, the credit card team proactively reached out to me to alert me that I had missed a CC payment deadline and took care of paying the balance off without me incurring further interest charges. At a large bank, I would have been handed off to different departments without any follow up. Great job Banner team ! This level of personal service and responsiveness is why I bank with Banner

- TTTammi ThomasAug 20, 20205.0I phoned to apply for a loan when one other branch said the particular loan I wanted was not available and the Colville, Wa branch didn't return a call. I was confused because the Banner website clearly said these loans were available so I called one last branch and spoke with Jaime Albertini and he said he would be happy to help me apply for the loan. He was professional, courteous and helpful. He set me up right away with Rosie Perry, another bank employee would would assist me. I won't get into details, but the application was very problematic due to no fault of anyone at the bank. It was just a glitch...but it was time consuming for all and complicated....and I was running out of time to meet the deadline. Rosie Perry (this branch) and Rachel Shepard and her team (in Oregon) worked harder than I think any business ever has on my behalf. They handled things professionally and timely. They were cheerful too which made a stressful situation much easier. Before I called this branch I was planning on leaving Banner Bank because of the lack of assistance at other branches but Jaime, Rosie and Rachel quickly restored my faith and I will be happy to tell anyone I know to work with this branch for their banking needs....and I got the loan ;-)
