    I can’t say enough good things about Brady at First Interstate Bank. I first worked with him about three years ago when I had just turned 18 and was opening my very first bank account. From the start, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me understand everything. Fast forward three years later, I ran into a serious issue with my bank account. I felt completely hopeless — everyone I spoke to told me it was impossible to fix and that I’d have to wait at least 11 days. It honestly felt like no one wanted to help or advocate for me. I decided to reach out to Brady, who had since moved from my local branch to the Valley. Even though he had the same capabilities as everyone else, the difference was that he actually cared. Brady took the time to listen, advocated for me, and went out of his way to help. He resolved an issue within 24 hours that multiple people told me couldn’t be fixed at all. If it wasn’t for Brady, I truly don’t know what I would have done. He is the kind of employee that makes a real difference and represents First Interstate Bank in the best possible way. Highly recommend working with him if you ever get the chance.

    Ryan and Brady both were great in helping my parent navigate some financial issues. Brady even came to an offsite location to assist my mother, since she was unable to go to the bank in person. Above and beyond in customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend Ryan and Brady! Grateful for them and their help in supporting my elderly mother.

    Dealing with my deceased mother's estate. Instead of giving me condolences for my loss, and helping me navigate this process, he proceeded to speak down to me and boldly state my estate lawyer should be doing things differently. No compassion, didn't look at the paperwork I brought, refused to even look at my name and hollered at me from his desk across the building calling 'hey' repeatedly instead of getting up and addressing me directly. Rude, dismissive, and completely without compassion or empathy. Told me a list of documents I needed but that it was internal paperwork that could not be printed out for me to take with. "It is only two sentences, you can just write it down." Zero customer care. We regret entirely the choice to use this bank. Would NOT recommend working with Ryan or Brady.

    Absolutely garbage bank. Have been trying to order a new debit card for months and after they put in the address wrong for the third time the manager (Ryan I belive) was completely rude and sarcastic. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere they have been nothing but a issue since day one of two years of banking with them. Especially this specific branch.
