- DBDoug BrownApr 27, 20231.0I've been banking with this branch well before it was Umpqua and the entire time it's been Umpqua, had been a great experience and relationship with this bank up until the last few times I've visited for simple things, the girls there working the counter have no idea how to deposit signed over checks it's absolutely baffling. Will be looking for a new bank to do my business with. Even STCU the bank we had to go cash the check at couldn't believe that you wouldn't deposit the check.
