- BPBlaubak PushejectOct 5, 20251.0This branch employs people who hate people. Went through the drive through / wanted to exchange 20’s for a crisp $100 bill to put into a birthday card. Girl in the drive through took the cash - then said she couldn’t do it because I didn’t have an account, sent the cash back loose (no envelope, no rubber band, nothing) - cash blew out of the drawer from the wind, lost $40 - girl had zero remorse, care or concern. Called the manager to share this matter, no call back = no concern. What truly horrible people.
