- BBBM BMDec 3, 20191.0I would stay away from these lenders if I were someone looking to get a loan from a bank.One of these "Lenders" "forgot" cruicial numbers in a DTI for a construction loan that would have locked us in a HELOC and land loan and put us over our DTI for a construction loan.If I would have signed the paperwork this lender sent me I would have went bankrupt because he "forgot" to add costs of the HELOC to my DTI.Which throws us over their 41% mark which would have denied us a construction loan therefore making us pay on a land loan and HELOC for nothing.Great job timberland bank.
