  They did t have time to verify a check to cash,she said short staff,no customers were inside for over an hour. the lady was just starting into space.

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Dominic recently, and I can’t say enough about how positive the experience was. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm, friendly attitude that put me at ease. What really stood out, though, was how he went above and beyond to help get my check cashed. Dominic handled everything with professionalism and care. He kept me informed at every step, explaining the process clearly and making sure I understood what was happening. His dedication and attention to detail made all the difference. Dominic turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth, reassuring one.   Have used Silverdale Moneytree for years for emergency short term needs for my graduate level college student son. All those years, Christina has been a comfort-creating presence behind that glass well. She has been there when I was driver for a neighbor who speaks little, and understands even less, English. There stands Christina on every occasion, smiling greeting us in Spanish and English, patiently listening to this Spanish-speaking client, waiting while I filled out the woman's check in English and then passing it to my neighbor for finalizing. Christina has never failed to acknowledge my entrance with a wave or nod if she is engaged with another customer. There is a definite sense of empathy in this employee's demeanor as well as seeing her job as a career and not just a 'job'. This means a lot to me.
