- SOShari O'DonnellApr 20, 20242.0Too small, too few employees ( only 2!!) they don't seem to care that people are always waiting...and they very often DO NOT answer the phone, the main phone number....during business hours! I've never experienced that at any other bank. They need to HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! Also Key Bank itself(the 1-800 number)is extremely SLOW, and they don't do what they say they're going to do....they definitely need more training for their employees to interact with customers!!

The manager took a lot of time with us, answered all of our many, many questions, and was very professional. It's a few years later now, and even though we bank elsewhere, we went back to this Silverdale branch to do another HELOC after our refi. Would recommend to anyone.
