The Silverdale columbia/umpqua bank is by far the worst branch I’ve banked in. Time is up for me to switch banks. Slow service at silverdale location. The employees obviously don’t want to help you.

Laura, ugh. They'd rather me close out my account then give me back the $3 service charge. Don't waste your time with these people. It's a joke

A very large deposit got deposited to another account/Business.Bank manager was less than apologetic and basically said that just happens with sole proprietors. Umm, not comforting. We have impeccable credit and was told any fee incurred due to Umpqua's error would have to be approved. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
