The Silverdale columbia/umpqua bank is by far the worst branch I’ve banked in. Time is up for me to switch banks. Slow service at silverdale location. The employees obviously don’t want to help you.

Nicholas was not interested at all in trying to help me open a fraud investigation or help me recover my stolen funds. He was extremely disrespectful and rude, and he even refused to give me back my debit card. It was a mistake to ever do business with you people !!!!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH UMPQUA BANK OR ELSE THEY'LL FRAUDULENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEY EVEN REFUSE TO HELP YOU RECOVER THE FUNDS YOU LOSE, AS I LOST OVER $100 !!!!!!!!! I started my first passbook savings account with Silverdale State Bank in 1956. Silverdale State became American Marine which became Columbia & has now become Umpqua. The people at the Silverdale branch of Umpqua Bank are a step above all the rest & will treat you right, whether it's a small savings account, a checking account, a large business account or a loan.
