They might go to bank for the last decade they do a better than average job there although with covid-19 in place trying to see a banker does require an appointment but a teller is always available

While long-term unemployed, when I found a discrepancy with my account where I feel Wells Fargo had been taking my money on my no-fee account, I sought resolution through this branch. In my opinion members of this branch from the manager down intentionally made it difficult to resolve my issue, including the assistant branch manager trying to start an argument with me in the branch & apparently later falsifying accusations of my conduct while she attempted to instigate conflict with me. Though trying to reach the district manager through this branch, I only heard from him after writing the BBB & Washington State Attorney General. In the end I was only able to get 1/2 of the money back and some satisfaction that the assistant manager was demoted to a non-management position. Ultimately I no longer bank with Wells Fargo; I feel the bank inappropriately took my money and because of the unnecessary & incredibly poor so-called service I received from this branch when trying to resolve a simple issue. I hope they can clean up their act; at least maybe there's a start with getting a new assistant branch manager.
