- HSHui SuOct 8, 20251.0I don't feel like welcome to this location，this is business account，the lady work at the counter，she is not nice，I try to get help from others but she is only one at the counter，I counted 20s is 59 twice，she counted is different（62） by machine，I just wanted to count Again to make sure，she is unhappy said ：“you waste time to do it.”we have other customers.” I had problem with her few times. I never go to this location anymore，maybe go back to bank of America for my main account.no professional service.

- FSFrank SargentMay 3, 20222.0On Friday 4/29/2022 I noticed fraudulent activity on my checking account... I called the Shoreline branch to talk with Tori, the manager. She "was with a customer" and I was transferred to her voice mail. I've banked with Key for over 25 years and have known Tori all that time. I left her a message, asking her to call me back because of fraudulent activity on my account. I have not received a call from Tori or one of her associates regarding this which I take seriously. I am disappointed with Key and the manager of the Shoreline branch.

Instead this person was very dismissive and rude. On top of being unprofessional Alka was also dressed completely unprofessionally.
