- CHCarol HornSep 20, 20242.0I would give less stars but I want this to be seen. I was a customer of columbia bank in shelton washington before they sold to umpqua. Since they have sold to umpqua the service at said location has in fact declined. Not only did they practically replace all the workers, they hired in some pretty rude ladies and I find it super weird that only woman work there. I have never seen a man work that bank. Hmm maybe some government department somewhere should look into that. But as for my banking business, i will be doing that elsewhere from now on. Update: they think a simple apology will keep my business. Nope tooo late. The only reason I will be stepping foot back in that bank is to close my account.
