  Customer service is alive and well, or at least it is if you go to this Wells Fargo branch and ask for Emery! He is abundantly cheerful, extremely competent, and you will leave the counter feeling better about the world. Banking systems are complex, but he’s great at navigating them, and if there’s something he doesn’t know, he isn’t going to give you a lukewarm answer- he’s going to figure it out. Thanks, Emery!🙌

  With WF since 1991. Their service has gone steadily down hill over the last 4 years. I needed to remove my ex's name from an account. After two separate 1 hour appointments that accomplished absolutely nothing, they wanted me to come back for a third because they were totally unprepared to handle my business, despite the fact they knew from the time of the request for the first appointment what I wanted to accomplish. The second appointment it was like there had never been a first, and when I showed up, the guy (the very same one) had no idea why I was there. Couldn't figure it out in the 1 hour allotted, and so wanted a third appointment. He spent most of those two hours on the phone to someone trying to figure out what to do. In short, he had no clue about what he was doing. Talk about incompetence... I have a business out of state, where I should have been while this nonsense was going on. That cost me quite a bit of money. And now, while I am out of state (it's a mere 1,400-mile round trip to talk to these people face to face), I find out that they are in the process of closing the accounts, on my ex-wife's say so. End result, when my Social Security check arrives at the bank, they intend to send it back to the Feds. And, according to them, there isn't a thing I can do to stop it. Google has my branch rated at 2 1/2 stars out of 5. Believe it.

  Wow cant believe how poorly run this branch has become. Honestly the district manager Rose Garcia has done dirty to this branch. none of my favorite tellers/bankers/managers are here anymore (they all quit) at least they still have ONE becon of hope! Thanks Karly Gatchet! Port Angeles is closed too, and realistically who wants to drive all the way to port Townsend? What’s happening here on the peninsula Wells Fargo? Will Sequim close too? Maybe you should just pull out all together! I’d recommend banking somewhere else in Sequim, Very concerned about my money and financial wellness.
