The older lady that attended me didn’t even smile at me once and was rude during the whole interaction. It was a lady with short light brown hair and blue eyes wearing a bunch of bracelets. Very disappointed that my first interaction at this bank went like this. I told the lady it was my first time I was sending a check and couldn’t even help me.
