- HSH SSep 15, 20231.0There are two specific tellers here that talk down to people. If you know you know. Which by the sounds of it a lot of people do know. To be honest this is hands down the worst bank I've ever had. I had someone else take out money out of my account who is not on my account and they literally laughed about it and said they'd call them and have them pay me. Because they "know" them. Worst of all it overdrafted me and they did not take care of the charges. Furthermore it's happened more than once. Obviously there is a lot to this but let's just say I'm gonna be moving on and found out it's wildly bizarre and embezzlement. If it happens again before I can close my account I'm calling the police and making a report which apparently I should have all ready done. Go to Peoples Bank or Us Bank! Way better
