I called the costumer service to report one fraudulent transaction, they said it was pending and they cant dispute it until its done pending, and then they blocked my card without my consent... great, you didnt do what I asked and blocked me from accessing my account. So helpful! 😒🙄

Dealing with BECU has been a totally frustrating experience. They required that I have an online account, but I can never access the account because it’s always locked. If I can ever get through to anyone there, I plan to withdraw my money and close both accounts.

Horrible, awful experience. I have been a member for around 40 years. My appointment to open new accounts for my kids was with Seung L and he was unfriendly from the start - no introduction, no smile and no offer to be seated at the table next to him while we opened multiple account. He was unable to open the accounts and, while frustrating, this was not the issue. My issue is with the lack of customer service, he was blatantly rude and unapologetic about misinformation on the WSECU website. He asked for assistance from an older man working in the branch, and this man was condescending and also very rude and unhelpful. I have always loved my experiences with WSECU and am very disappointed they don't value us as members. I know there are lots of options for us and we will gladly bank elsewhere.

Terrible experience. If running in circles is an Olympic they’d get Gold.
