Their ability to hear out concerns and value their members is laughable. I wish them well in understanding the true meaning of customer service. Maybe upper management can spare some funds to have them taught how to effectively solve matters rather that create more. Please spare yourself the time by commenting your generic response to this. I will not be reading it. You've wasted enough of my time.
