- CTCheyenne TylerDec 26, 20241.0After being sent here from another location, this location is *ALSO* not an actual in-person services location. They can neither cash checks or do anything other than set up accounts. By which they mean "advise" you through using the app or their website to set one up and then they have you use the ATM for everything else. Pointless having people on staff that can't and don't actually help customers. I now plan to never set up a Wells Fargo account and will implore those in my life that currently have one, to change banks immediately. This is ridiculous.
