I had quite some balance left in my account and didn’t want to carry all that cash with me, also I intended on using it for a couple of months until I opened a local account. When I told the banker, who was called Shannon, she looked at me weird as if I was talking about something crazy. The way she acted was so awkward and she smiled in a way that was making fun of me. I did not understand her communication, it just made me feel super uncomfortable. I think there was a guy named Rick, he was helpful in answering my questions and assisted me without a problem.
