They are not knowledgeable about what they do and it seems that they are okay with starting 1 hours later than posted. They have no managers or higher ups available and you are straight out of luck most of the time. Avoid this branch and I hope they fire the people that are suppose to be in charge of this branch.

Every one knows that Wells Fargo is a disreputable bank but at least maybe the tellers dont need to be so rude as well. Every person that walks through the door is a potential customer people, at least Try to be nice!
