- AJA JinDec 30, 20251.0The 'banker(?)' with surname of Cheng is so unrofessional and wasted customer's time. end up not banking with wells fargo (since it's not the only option for customers anyway), since he does not seem to be trained to open a bank account, not knowing what documents to look and where to look. Sad for wells fargo, employees like those are what really draining banks money :(

I've been with Wells Fargo Bank since 1989 and with this particular branch for 15 years and I intend to stay the course.
