I told him to speak slow so I could understand him and he kept making fun of it. Second: I tried to open a savings account and they were not helpful at all. I ended up not getting any savings account. You should revaluate go to another Wells Fargo. The bankers are not helpful and rude.

Have always been redirected to the national call center when I was trying to get a hold of a banker who called me first. Took about 20 minutes of getting through the call center before they were willing to transfer me to the local branch.
