  I've been banking here for more than 20 years. These people that are there now are so rude. They said "you can take your money elsewhere".

  Kuddo to Anna for providing a great customer service. I ordered new monies for a wedding event tips. she made it a breeze transaction for me. During this difficult time of short employees and down turn of banking service nowday, she reminds me the golden era of banking in the past. I'll definitely do more business with this team.   One service I actually still physically go into a branch to use is the notary service. Between this branch (no notary on staff many days) and the Alaska junction branch (our bankers are too busy today) one of the most basic functions of a bank is often unavailable. Very little value in the branch if you don’t staff it properly. Cross train a teller or two to be a notary.

  I really like to come to this Bank ( California Ave, branch...) great customer service,, not much waiting in line.... all my needs one place....everybody is very helpful
