- SSSteve SalazarDec 9, 20251.0The most bizarrely rude banker staff I've ever encountered. It's like they were doing everything in their power to not help me by making excuses and directing me back to the mobile app. There was a really nice teller who kept asking them questions which they weren't responding to except very slowly even though I was standing right there. Very weird. It is no wonder this place has such horribly low reviews. I hereby am adding my own review to those low reviews because yeah, this place is awful and it's obvious why. The manager was among the rude bankers who are behaving this way. I guess they love their cushy jobs so much that they aren't interested in helping customers and see us as an inconvenience. Nice way to live your life.

- ESEmily SagerAug 22, 20205.0This isn’t our regular branch, but our regular branch is closed on weekends because of covid so we made an appointment at this location for last weekend. Our appointment was with Maricarmen and she was SO nice and helpful! She spent an hour with us answering every question we had and helping take care of all of our needs. We really appreciated the time and care she put into helping us. After we were done with her we also had to go see a teller really quick who was also very nice and helpful.
