- ABAlya Boyarin3 days ago1.0I tried to exchange paper cash for quarters at Wells Fargo. Google still shows that you don't need an account, so I thought it would be easy. But when I got there, they refused- now only customers can get coins. So I wasted 40 minutes of my day. Sharing this so others don't get misled like I did.

- ALA LMar 4, 20211.0I forgot one of the check stubs at Shannon counter after deposited two checks yesterday March 3/2021. As soon as identified that I have left one of paystubs I called to branch several times no one answer for my phone. The following day I went the branch to ask if they found the paystubs . One of the teller informed I believe for his manger and she told me that sensitive documents we found yesterday shredded last night. She didn’t asked me the name? also no listed the name of the documents they found. How can I know if she shredded ? I have been wells Fargo customer since 2015. I have a several account with this bank. I have never ever experienced like this. I am not sure is she is told me true but one things is I know the bank should keep lost items and all documents safe place. Sadly she is unprofessional.
