She is now my go-to agent for all things tax-related. There were issues with TurboTax agent assignment in general, as the first two appointments that I made were 1) cancelled without reason 15 minutes before the appointment, and 2) No Show, despite putting a note in the file that I was not available (logged in and phone available). Janet was worth the wait - the perfect match! Definitely give TurboTax a try, their integration with the IRS and processes makes it so easy. It may just take a few tries to get the right agent match.
