- NNNene Nene NeneSep 8, 20251.0Spoken to Karen one of you guys call representative, and Valera I believe which is a supervisor o was transferred to at the call center this is the first time I have ever been told they can't collect a payment of my remaining balance. I was verbally told it has to be paid on the day of the set payment like when I made my other payments speaking to 6 others prior to these two how did they manage to do so and make it possible to collect my late payment with my up coming payment. You know being a customer for years with MoneyTree never have I been turned away to make an early payment and I explained since I bank with a bank that makes it hard for your company to collect the payment I can't even use my debit card as a form of payment, it has to be collected through my routing and checking account number. If the other of your workes at the call center and management can make this possible why can't these other two people can't? 🙄 This don't sound right at all not unless they are new to your system call centers. 🤦 KAREN AND VALERA I HOPE YOUR UPPER MANAGEMENTS AND COORPERATE SEE MY REVIEW BECAUSE WHOEVER TRAINED YOU BOTH NEED MORE TRAINING ON HOW TO RESOLVE CUSTOMERS EARLY PAYMENTS AND ISSUES. WHATS MORE SAD VALERA YOU ARE A SUPERVISOR AND CANT EVEN RESOLVE SIMPLE TASK 🤦 HOW DID YOU EVEN GET THAT POSITION AS A SUPERVISOR?!?
