    I recently went into this branch on a Friday to speak with a personal banker because I needed to change my phone number associated with the account. I was immediately greeted by a young man behind he counter who gladly said he could just help me take care of it right there. I was shocked at the prompt service. I also want to mention that I'm so relieved to be able to have a checking account that doesn't have any unnecessary monthly fees - & I don't have to keep the balance above a certain amount. Key bank even recently changed their overdraft fee from $40 to $20 - & they still don't even charge That unless it's been overdrawn for over 24hours. Anytime I ever need to call customer service - the wait time is never long. I have had this account for nearly 4 years & couldn't be happier. Thank you Key Bank. Keep up the great service. 😀

    Branch is not very clean and VERY INSURE. People linger and watch you use the bank machine late at night here. VERY SKETCHY DANGEROUS LOCATION. The regional manager has this weird Elvis haircut and never smiles and is very bureaucratic. It's like dealing with a snarky twenty-something who hates his job. Avoid the regional manager at all costs, no professional acumen at all. WARNING: The security card was literally sleeping in a cubicle in the corner WITHOUT A MASK. I understand he does this regularly during the midday, other times he hovers around the ATM and walks right up to you with no mask. To summarize, this branch is a disease risk, with an on-the-job sleeping security guard and a regional manager with absolutely no people skills.
