- AEAlice EnglerAug 27, 20252.0I would be cautious about getting an auto loan with this branch. I received what I was looking for by the end, but the process was not streamlined or transparent. There was a consistent lack of communication and they didn't seem to have a standard practice in place. I've banked with key for 8 years but during this process I had more trust in the car salesmen.

Lucia has also been great to work with & is quick & detail oriented. I wish I could stay with their checking/savings accounts because there's a good points/rewards program but I moved to a state that doesn't have branches & Lucia was very helpful as I've just closed down my accounts.
