- KMKevin MillerDec 3, 20251.0For the ATM at 920 5th Ave, Seattle, WA, signage out front says “24 hour ATM”. Yet a paper sign in the window says “No overnight ATM access”. Not sure how you can claim 24 hour access.
- GMGalen MarekMar 31, 20241.0Banked with them for 4 1/2 years with no issues. When the time came to get a loan, i was instantly denied due to my credit (or lack of, according to them). No other options, no alternatives routes. "Thats the way it is, take it or leave it." Was the overall vibe. No lines of credit, no nothing. Hard to be loyal to a financial entity when they dont reciprocate that same loyalty. Only remaining with them until i find a worthy financial establishment, then severing my ties.

- DMDavid MazhiqiangNov 25, 20191.0never thought a bank has such a worse operation. my account was closed without any reason, then I tried called 5 times and nobody knew what happened and even no idea about my refund status and they never obey the new phone call appointments so I had to repeat my request again and again with different online operators. Then I have to visit a local branch, but same thing again, the manager didn't know what happened and she can NOT get through their internal call, and then they said to mail me a refund check, but now 18 days passed, no check and no reply for my emails or calls. I will visit the branch again. I have to pray for ...... ---Update--- 2 months and 10 days… As what I observed the day I received the check, hope this bank and branch gets better for its infor system. Maybe I can be a customer in future, hope so.
